Daniel Alain/Follea Hair Goods ordered ONLINE cannot be exchanged or refunded, there can be no exceptions to this policy unless the item is deemed faulty. We do operate a FREE VIRTUAL CONSULTATION service for online orders which we highly recommend in order to make the correct selection. We will work closely with you to help select the correct style, colour, length and cap size. On occasion stock sizes are not in stock from their main warehouse in California, in this case there can be up to a 6-8 week wait.
