Refund policy

 

We understand how difficult it can be to choose your alternative hair and the importance of being able to return unsuitable orders.  As such we want to support you as best we can on your journey to 'Making Alternative Hair Your Own'

Returns for Refund or Exchange

In the interests of hygiene we ask that all wigs//hairpieces are tried on using a wig cap where appropriate. Unsuitable items must be returned within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must not have changed the parting, have brushed the hair, or styled it - any signs of wear and any signs of the item being in any condition other than it was shipped out - will be refused. It must have tags attached as sent with inner wig box contents including packing as per sent.

To complete your return, please email returns@pelukasalon.com detailing your order number, the items you wish to return and further returns instructions will be provided. Returns must be sent to;

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-10 working days.

Clearance items 
Clearance items sales are final and cannot be refunded.

EXCEPTIONS
Haircare & Styling: We can accept returns of items of Haircare and Styling, such items sales are final.  Items include: Shampoo, Conditioners, Sprays, Styling Products & Brushes/Combs.

FOLLEA: Follea Hair Goods ordered ONLINE or without a full consultation cannot be exchanged or refunded, there can be no exceptions to this policy unless the item is deemed faulty. We do operate a virtual consultation service for online orders which we highly recommend in order to make the correct selection.

Peluka Salon does offer a cancelation/cooling off policy when ordering direct from our salon following a full 'in salon' consultation.  Please get in touch for further information regarding this policy and to book your Follea Salon Consultation.


Exchanges/Faulty Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pelukasalon.com and send your item to:

Shipping Costs
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
