We know how excited you will be to receive your order so will do everything we can to get them out to you as quick as possible! For expected delivery times please see the details for each supplier below.
In order to ensure your precious order arrives to you safely, we are no longer offering free delivery or services without a signature required. The majority of orders are for wigs and toppers which can cost into the £100's, so we want to be certain your order reaches you without a hiccup.

We will endeavour to deliver the products by the delivery date or times stated on the website or communicated to you by email. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.
Post Brexit Update for EU Customers
As the UK has now reached a trade agreement with the EU we continue to ship within the EU, however customs/import duties may be levied for products originating outside of the EU/UK.
We are currently working to offer the option to collect any duties at the time of sale, we will update this policy once this has been implemented. If you require an estimate for Customs & Duties on an order then please contact us.
Peluka Salon will be responsible for completing the mandatory customs declarations in order for your items clear customs.
In addition to this VAT is no longer applicable to EU orders, however we will continue to collect VAT Relief Declarations for those eligible should this change.
So the good news is that you can still buy from us at the same prices, it is just processed in a slightly different way.
Worldwide Customs & Duties
Customers ordering worldwide are responsible for paying the relevant customs and duties payments that are applicable to your order. If you have any questions about shipping & customs/duties for a particular country, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Please note:
FOLLEA Orders
Follea wigs and hair pieces are ordered in direct from the manufacturer in the United States/Germany on a per order basis. Please allow 14 working days for your order to arrive.
Standard products, which are not available in stock in their main warehouse in California, are currently 6-8 weeks.
Special Orders such as XXS and Larger Cap sizes and those that require hair to be specially processed (e.g. custom colours) currently take approximately 12-14 weeks.
Jon Renau Orders
Jon Renau wigs and hair pieces are ordered in direct from the manufacturer in the United States on a per order basis. Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive (although this delivery time is often faster as we hold a wide range of styles/colours in stock).
On occasion items may be on back order with the manufacturer, in which case you will be contacted with an ETA.
Raquel Welch Orders
The Raquel Welch Collection is ordered in direct from the manufacturer in the UK & United States on a per order basis. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for your order to arrive (although this delivery time is often faster as we hold a wide range of styles/colours in stock).

Wigs and hairpieces from the these ranges are ordered from the manufacture/distributer in the UK on a per order basis. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive (although this delivery time is often faster as we hold a wide range of styles/colours in stock).
On occasion items may be on back order with the manufacturer, in which case you will be contacted with an ETA.
Peluka Couture/Eadie Chops Headwear Order
We carry healthy stock of this collection, however if an item is out of stock we allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive. This is due to the pieces being hand made in the UK by the fabulous Emma at Eadiechops. We will of course let you know should this apply to your order :)
