Vat Relief Form

VAT exemption is available to clients who wear wigs & hairpieces for necessity reasons. Customers who re quire wigs or hairpieces due to alopecia, hair loss as a result of chemotherapy treatment or any other medical condition that causes hair loss, and is confirmed by a GP, are classed as necessity wearers.

If you are in any doubt as to whether you are eligible to receive goods or services zero-rated for VAT you should consult Notice 701/7 VAT reliefs for disabled people available at www.hmrc.gov.uk or by contacting the VAT Disabled Reliefs Helpline on 0300 123 1073 before signing the declaration.

VAT relief claims can only be considered on purchases of wigs and qualifying hairpieces and cannot be reclaimed for headwear, accessories or aftercare products.

VAT Exemption is available whether you purchase from our salon or through our website.

Please note there are penalties for making false declarations.

Important:

-Logging in once using the same email address provided in this form.

After verification, VAT will automatically be removed at the checkout stage of your purchase, as long as you use the same email address used in this form.
