COVID - 19 POLICY September 2020 Update
Our response to Covid - 19 is an ever evolving one, with new measures and changes in guidelines.
Our Salon implements strict measures to ensure the safety of our staff & clients, please read the guidelines below to ensure yours and our safety at all times.
Clients are required by strict legislation to wear a mask during their consultation (you may bring your own or we can provide one for you). Staff will wear a visor and/or face covering at all times during your consultation.
Hand sanitiser is available on entry & throughout the salon, our stations are sanitised thoroughly before and after every appointment.
We are able to provide drinks to our clients, ensuring that all glassware/china is washed in a dishwasher on a high heat. Sugars/Sweetener/Biscuits are individually wrapped and are only provided on request.
Clients coats/jackets should be left at home/in the car where possible, we are able to hang coats but space is limited. Gowns & Towels are provided freshly laundered on a high heat - these are one use only and laundered again immediately.
Our website and suppliers continue to operate as normal. Maintaining the utmost hygiene standards when packing and shipping items.
There may however be a slight shipping delay, please allow up to 10 days for your items to be delivered, however we are making every effort to get your orders out to you sooner & safely.
In light of this we are extending our returns period to 14 days to further support your alternative hair buying experience.
